Job Title: Biomedical Scientist - Histopathology Specialist

Hunter Gatherer AHP Resourcing has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Biomedical Scientist with a background in Histopathology to join a busy NHS hospital based in the East Midlands.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Biomedical Scientist with expertise in Histopathology to work in a dynamic and fast-paced laboratory environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Histopathology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform Histopathology laboratory tests and procedures with high accuracy and efficiency
  • Collaborate with laboratory staff to ensure smooth laboratory operations
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of laboratory protocols and procedures
  • Provide excellent customer service to laboratory staff and clients
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Current HCPC Registration
  • IBMS Accredited Degree
  • At least 6 months UK experience in a laboratory
  • Ability to cut 25+ quality sections per hour
