Penny Cook Recruitment is seeking an accomplished Pastry Chef or Head Pastry Chef to join our team as a Lead Dessert Artisan, taking charge of our pastry department in a bustling restaurant environment.

As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for creating innovative bakery products, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of food hygiene and presentation.

  • Design and develop new bakery and pastry products, staying up-to-date with market trends and consumer preferences
  • Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and maintain accurate records to optimize supply chain efficiency
  • Train and mentor junior staff members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to create seasonal menus and special promotions, enhancing the overall dining experience
