Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the delivery of content for multi-faceted marketing campaigns, including pre-planned and ad-hoc promotions.
  • Set up, track, and deliver offers, as well as send promotional messaging to drive customer interest.
  • Maintain global communication schedules, ensuring adherence to sending regulations.
  • Check set-ups for user data, content, and offers to ensure CRM requirements are met.
  • Screen content before sending to customers, ensuring it meets campaign briefs.
  • Act as point of contact for queries or problems, assessing capabilities and escalating where necessary.
  • Seek ways to improve processes, eradicating errors and improving efficiency.
  • Work with management to improve departmental standards in line with regulatory and brand guidelines.

Requirements:
  • Proven ability to execute processes using a methodical and consistent approach.
  • Problem-solving skills to determine the source of a problem and find an effective solution.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, organize, train, and develop individuals in a team environment.
  • Outstanding attention to detail, working to time-sensitive deadlines.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple requests at once, being resilient and responsive to change.
  • Experience leading a small team in a time-sensitive environment, meeting stakeholder expectations.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience in other marketing-based roles is advantageous.

Working Hours:
The night shift follows a 7 on/7 off pattern, with a working week from Monday to Sunday followed by a full week of 7 nights off. Typical shifts may start at 19:30 and finish at 07:00.
