Dental Officer

A unique opportunity has arisen for a Senior Dental Officer to join MedMatch's NHS Dental Service near Diss. This exciting role offers a refreshing change from traditional dental practice settings, allowing you to deliver high-quality care to a diverse patient base.

The position is split across two close locations, providing an excellent chance to work in a dynamic environment that supports those most in need. You will benefit from no UDA targets and no lab bills, as well as up to £13,000 in employment incentives to aid with relocation, training or other personal benefits.

About the Position:

• Salary range: £75,000 – £91,500 per annum (dependent on experience and full-time equivalent)
• Up to £13,000 employment incentive for relocation or other benefits
• No UDA targets and no lab bills
• 37.5 hours per week – part-time considered including one day per week
• Sociable working hours
• Sedation qualification beneficial but not essential – training and courses provided (I.V/Inhalation)
• Dual-site between two local hubs, but happy to consider applicants for single site

About the Service:

• Community dentistry setting – working within local hubs, clinics, centres and practices
• Predominantly providing care for those most in need – additional needs and vulnerable patients and emergency cases
• Sedation services provided
• System for Dentists software
• Car parking available at both locations, with travel reimbursement
