We are seeking an experienced Estimator/Bid Manager to join our team at ARV Solutions. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for providing accurate and detailed quotations to our tier 1 contractor client base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain relationships with main contractor clients to ensure inclusion on upcoming tender lists
  • Prepare high-quality quotations and negotiate terms with clients
  • Identify new leads and opportunities using market data and prospecting tools
  • Read from design drawings to produce take-offs to a high standard
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in estimating structural steel projects
  • Good understanding of the contractual process
  • Ability to read from architectural drawings
  • Excellent communication skills for internal and external stakeholders
  • Confident user of Logikal - an advantage
