About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Years Teacher to join our team at Bright Horizons Sale Day Nursery and Preschool. As an Early Years Teacher, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality education and care to our young children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and challenging learning experiences that meet the needs of all children.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Ensure the nursery environment is safe, stimulating, and inspiring for children.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the nursery's curriculum and policies.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS), Early Years Practitioner Status (EYPS), or a full and relevant Level 6 Early Years Qualification.
  • Previous experience working in the Early Years sector.
  • Sound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage.
  • Ability to build trust and strong working relationships with colleagues and parents.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and legislative requirements for working with children.
