Support Worker Required

We are seeking a reliable and caring Support Worker to join our team, providing person-centred support to individuals with learning disabilities in a Residential Setting/Supported Living.

This role involves working closely with clients to promote their independence, dignity, and overall well-being.

About the Role:
  • Support clients with personal care and daily living tasks
  • Encourage independence and engagement in social and outdoor activities
Responsibilities:
  • Provide person-centred support to clients with learning disabilities
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a seamless service delivery
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience working with Elderly/Younger Adults and Learning Disabilities in the UK
  • Good level of English written and verbal skills
  • Flexibility to work shifts on a 24/7 rota
  • Manual handling and personal care experience required
