This exciting opportunity will see you work closely with our internal design team and creative designer to develop innovative materials and assets for internal and external communication. You will be responsible for fulfilling requests for artwork production, working on your own initiative, prioritizing and managing your workload, and leveraging your experience in graphic design, communications, filming, photography, video editing, and animation software.

The ideal candidate will possess a Diploma level or equivalent experience, with strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite, graphic design, communications, filming, photography, video editing, and animation software. Experience in a graphic design team/studio or freelance environment, as well as video editing software and animation software, is also highly desirable.

As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to shape a collective leadership culture, demonstrating compassionate and inclusive leadership, coaching, and facilitating teamwork and collaboration. This role requires a Disclosure and Barring Service Check to ensure previous criminal convictions do not prevent employment.

Estimated Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum.
