Job Title: Air Conditioning Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Air Conditioning Engineer to join our team at PRS in Edinburgh. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our commercial, retail, and commercial contracts across the region.

The role offers a competitive package, including a basic salary of circa 40k, plus benefits such as half hour each way travel, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, and a 5% pension contribution.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Completing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on split systems, chiller units, condensers, and other mechanical plant room equipment.
  • Conducting compliance checks and general maintenance works.
  • Performing small works installation and emergency repairs.

Requirements:

  • A qualified AC-R Engineer with previous PPM and reactive maintenance experience.
  • Valid driving license with no more than 6 points.
  • F-Gas certification.
  • Experience of commercial facilities and multiskilled background, including AHU and fan coil works.
