Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary of £24,000 per annum, as well as fully funded study support and training by a leading provider. Job Description

We are seeking to recruit multiple graduates into entry-level positions across our client's accounts team and tax team. As a trainee accountant, you will gain excellent client exposure and invaluable on-the-job training. You will have the opportunity to work on a range of tasks, including preparing statutory accounts, corporate tax returns, bookkeeping, and VAT.

In the tax position, you will have a mixture of both personal and corporate tax compliance, with scope to further develop your advisory and planning skills. Our client has an incredible track record for training students, and you will benefit from having a great group of colleagues around who will also be going through their studies at the same time.

Requirements
  • A finance-related degree with a minimum of 2.1 or above is preferable;
  • 112 UCAS points or above;
  • Good A Level and GCSE grades;
  • You must live within a commutable distance of Canterbury;
  • Strong communication and community skills;
  • Commitment to a career within accountancy or tax;
