Job Summary:

360 Resourcing Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and reliable Construction Labourer to join our team. As a Labourer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our construction projects by assisting tradespersons with general labouring requirements, clearing and collecting waste materials, and working alongside Groundworkers and Roofers in various repairs and maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist tradespersons with general labouring requirements, including manual handling and transportation of materials.
  • Clear and collect waste materials by transporting them to a waste transfer station.
  • Work alongside Groundworkers in undertaking repairs such as fencing, drainage, concrete repairs, and paving.
  • Work alongside Roofers in undertaking pitched and flat roof repairs.

Requirements:

  • Be able to demonstrate a reasonable understanding of construction methods and materials used.
  • CSCS card (preferred)
  • Full UK driving licence
  • 2 - 5 yrs. experience working as a labourer within the construction industry.
