Practice Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Practice Nurse to join our Clients team in Oxford.

Role Overview:

As a Practice Nurse, you will be a key player in the healthcare team, working closely with GP Partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform a range of clinical tasks as prescribed by GP Partners, working autonomously within Patient Group Directions, agreed protocols, and evidence-based practices.
  • Assess patients, develop treatment plans, implement them, and conduct regular reviews to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Share responsibility for supervising junior nursing staff, delegating duties, and ensuring all team members work within their competencies.

Requirements:

  • Nursing degree with 6 months relevant experience working in a primary care setting in the last 2 years.
  • Registration with the NMC.

  • Strong clinical skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Leadership experience and the ability to mentor and support junior staff.
