We are looking for an experienced Artisan Baker to join our team at Birds Bakery. As a key member of our Day Bakery Team, you will be responsible for the production of high-quality bakery products, including weighing ingredients, operating machinery, and packing products.
Responsibilities:- Weighing of ingredients to ensure accurate formulations.
- Operation of machinery for mixing, baking, and packing bakery products.
The ideal candidate will have good knowledge of machinery and handcrafted baking processes, as well as pastry and confectionery skills. We offer a competitive salary of £14,800 - £15,380 per annum, dependent on experience, along with a range of benefits including 4 weeks holiday per year increasing to 5 weeks after 5 years, plus bank holidays and staff discount.
