Talent and Culture Manager

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at VANRATH. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of the organisation's business strategy and improving employee engagement.
In this role, you will work closely with senior stakeholders to develop and implement effective HR strategies, manage employee relations, and drive business growth. Your expertise in recruitment, talent development, and employee engagement will be invaluable in achieving these goals.
Key Responsibilities
Effectively manage a team, positively contributing to wellbeing and high levels of employee engagement.
Deliver agreed performance targets, work in a corporate and collaborative way with other services and departments, and be the first point of contact for managers and unions for all operational matters pertaining to Directorate.
Develop and maintain good industrial relations with recognised Trade Unions and participate in negotiations where appropriate.
Requirements
CIPD Level 5 qualification and working towards CIPD Advanced Level Diploma in Human Resource Management (level 7).
Minimum of 3 years' Human Resources experience, including providing HR advice and guidance, employee resourcing, employee relations, and implementing HR policy.
Strong record of implementing HR solutions to support business needs, managing conflict to achieve positive outcomes, and influencing, persuading, and negotiating to achieve desired results.
Estimated salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
