Cyber Security Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Architect to join our team at Sanderson. As a key member of our IT division, you will be responsible for designing and implementing secure systems to protect our business from emerging threats.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct threat assessments of IT solution designs and determine associated cybersecurity risks.
- Design and implement cybersecurity controls to mitigate risks.
- Review IT and cybersecurity control changes.
- Assess emerging risks and prepare solutions to mitigate them.
- Conduct periodic audits of cybersecurity control architectures.
- Develop cybersecurity policies to meet business objectives.
- Develop cybersecurity standards and non-functional requirements.
- Threat assess new and existing deployments using industry standards and help with adversary emulation using the MITRE ATT&CK framework.
- Provide inputs for crisis management plans and ISMS.
- Participate in cybersecurity drills and review cybersecurity SOPs/process documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems Management, or equivalent area.
- Appropriate certifications such as CISSP or CISM.
- Proven background in a similar Cyber Security Architect role.
- Good knowledge of the NIST Cyber Security Framework.
- Familiarity with NCSC Cyber Security guidance.
- Good understanding of data privacy regulations such as GDPR, PCI-DSS.
- Good understanding of IT security controls.
