About the Role

We are seeking a highly creative and innovative Junior Designer to join our WW Collusion team. As a Junior Designer, you will play a key role in designing and developing our flagship venture brand's product ranges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and develop new product ideas for Collusion, including identifying key shapes, colors, and fabrics.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and consumer insights to inform design decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, to ensure design vision is communicated effectively.
  • Develop and maintain mood boards and color palettes to guide design direction.
  • Work closely with buying teams to react to sales information and present design ideas to drive range development.

Requirements

  • At least 12 months of experience as a senior assistant designer.
  • Preferred experience in denim or casual bottom design.
  • Strong commercial handwriting and understanding of the Collusion customer.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
