We are seeking an experienced Agile Analyst to join our team at Rentokil Pest Control South Africa. As an Agile Analyst, you will play a key role in providing subject matter expertise of the Epicor system and identifying opportunities for its effective utilization and enhancement.
Key Responsibilities- Provide subject matter expertise of the Epicor system and understand how it is used in our business.
- Identify opportunities for the Epicor system to be utilized more effectively or enhanced to improve business processes.
- Seek out and tackle issues that will prevent the delivery of business benefits, facilitating open communication and discussion between stakeholders.
- Work with the Supply Chain team as a functional expert for the system to resolve issues that are raised.
- Assist the Epicor Product Manager with the management of multiple projects of varying complexities from Business Case to full deployment of new or upgraded versions of Epicor into the selected business units.
- Work with the delivery teams in their ways of working - Scrum/Kanban/Waterfall assisting with prioritization of user stories/tasks.
- Ensure SOX audit compliance.
- Work with third-party suppliers to gather information or facilitate conversations to deliver our projects.
- Ensure that all activities are focused on strategic outcomes, ensuring tasks are specifically linked to measurable benefits.
- Previous experience gained within an Epicor Functional role.
