About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Early Childhood Specialist to join our team at Kids Planet Oxford Place. As a key member of our nursery staff, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging learning plans that cater to the diverse needs of our children
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and maintain a safe and welcoming environment
  • Provide support and guidance to junior staff members to enhance their skills and confidence

Requirements:

  • A Level 2 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent
  • Extensive knowledge of safeguarding policies and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
