Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at BMS Performance. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our digital marketing strategy, driving business growth and improving brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing plan, including SEO, PPC, and social media campaigns.
  • Lead generation and consumer brand awareness through targeted online advertising and content marketing.
  • Optimize online advertising, including social media, PPC, and display advertising, to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to ensure high-quality digital content, including blogs, social media, and video content.
  • Develop and implement an SEO strategy to improve website visibility and drive organic traffic.
  • Work closely with the Group to ensure website management and digital reporting.
  • Manage digital budgets and analyze campaign performance to inform future marketing strategies.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager in a medium to large organization.
  • Degree-level qualification in Digital Marketing or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO, PPC, and digital analytics.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to travel to our office in Chester (2-3 days a week).
