Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of nurses, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement effective clinical practice, ensuring the application of evidence-based care and the promotion of patient safety.
- Contribute to the development of our Critical Care services, including the design and implementation of new initiatives and projects.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and the delivery of comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Registered Nurse with a valid NMC registration.
- Experience of working in a Critical Care environment, with a strong understanding of clinical practice and patient care.
- Leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
