The Supplier Relationship Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the Marine Sensor Enhancement Team (MSET) contract, a significant new initiative valued at £1.85 billion.

This contract aims to enhance the operational availability of the Royal Navy Fleet, ensuring sustained access to critical assets, spare parts, and repairs over the next 15 years. By significantly boosting equipment availability, MSET will extend the lifespan of sensor and sonar capabilities, which are vital for the Continuous at Sea Deterrent (CASD) and broader naval operations. The outcome will enhance GLOBAL Security, as the Royal Navy remains actively engaged worldwide, operating ships and submarines across all oceans and continents, year-round.

Thales UK is committed to ensuring full operational availability of the equipment that serves as the Royal Navy's eyes and ears. By leveraging data technology, including AI and virtual reality, we aim to implement proactive and predictive maintenance systems, securing approximately 450 jobs across five Thales locations in the UK.
