About the Role

As a Team Leader in our Residential Childrens Home, you will be responsible for leading a team of dedicated professionals who provide high-quality care and support to children and young people.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support to children and young people.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of each child or young person.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of children and young people at all times.
  • Work closely with other professionals, such as social workers and therapists, to ensure the best possible outcomes for children and young people.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote the well-being and safety of children and young people.

Job Types:Full-Time / Part-time / Zero Hours (across a full rota pattern)

Salary:Up to £29,720 - £37,852.80 p.a (£13.25 - £17.16 per hour)
