We are working alongside a Special Needs school, located just outside Lincoln, which caters for students and pupils between the ages of 2-19 with a range of needs. Our partner school is looking for Special Needs Teaching Assistants to work with students who have complex needs and disabilities, including physical and medical needs.

The school's focus is on supporting exceptional children, ensuring they continue to excel despite life's challenges. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a key part in achieving this goal. You will work as part of a dynamic team, focused on providing the very best education within the community.

We are looking for individuals with experience of working in a similar role or a willingness to learn and develop skills. You should have experience of working with young people with anxiety/mental health needs, profound and multiple learning difficulties, and using sensory strategies. Additionally, you should have experience in the child and/or adult care sector, and have training for moving & handling or a willingness to learn.

We offer an estimated salary of £25,000 per annum, which is competitive for the region.
