As a world-recognized leader in the spa and wellness industry, ESPA International is seeking a talented Senior Social Media and Influencer Manager to join our Brand team. As part of our global team, you'll be responsible for shaping our global social media strategy, managing influencer partnerships across different markets, and creating captivating content that resonates with audiences worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to engage our diverse global audience and drive brand awareness.
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with influencers and content creators in key markets to amplify our brand messaging and reach new audiences.
  • Create compelling and culturally relevant content for our social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize campaigns and drive engagement across different regions and channels.
  • Stay informed on international social media trends and best practices to ensure our brand remains at the forefront of digital marketing.
  • Support on all new openings and key properties globally, with a particular emphasis on ESPA Life, Branded, Managed, and Audit accounts.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both influencers, professional industry experts, and audiences on a global scale.
  • Strong understanding and experience of social media platforms, including an enhanced understanding of their features, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to come up with innovative and engaging content to elevate ESPA brand positioning that resonates with the audience.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with influencers and other industry contacts.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to track the success of campaigns and identify areas of improvement.
  • Ability to juggle multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously, while staying organized and meeting deadlines.
  • Vast understanding of influencer marketing trends.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to an ever-changing landscape.
