Job Title: Horticulturalist Gardener

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate horticulturalist to join our team at LDN Horticulture. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional quality garden services to our high-end residential clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide garden maintenance services, including pruning, weeding, and pest control.
  • Design and implement garden landscaping plans, including planting, clearing, and turfing.
  • Monitor and maintain irrigation systems and water features.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve high-quality results.

Requirements:

  • Strong horticultural knowledge and plant base.
  • Horticultural qualification(s) and a full and clean UK driving license.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work flexibly and be adaptable to changing situations.
