- Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, their families, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle.
- Desirable qualifications in Adult Care Work or equivalent.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
