Healthcare Support Professional

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Support Professional to join our team at Complete Care Agency. As a vital member of our healthcare support team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care and support to our clients.
Job Summary:
This is a part-time position that requires flexibility to cover shifts for holidays and occasional support in all areas. The successful candidate will be honest, reliable, and trustworthy, with good listening and communication skills. They will have empathy for service users' situations and be committed to working as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting clients with personal care, including washing, bathing, and toileting.
- Administering medication in a way appropriate for the client.
- Preparing meals for clients where necessary.
- Providing support with shopping and light domestic tasks.
- Offering companionship to clients.
Benefits:
- A competitive salary of £11.50 per hour (Monday to Friday) and £12.00 per hour (weekends), increasing to £16.50 per hour for bank holidays.
