Overview

Austin Fraser is searching for an experienced Loader Direction Specialist to join their team in Chesterfield. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing the loading and unloading of materials at the site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Directing loader drivers to designated areas for loading and unloading
  • Inspecting equipment before use to prevent accidents
  • Collaborating with site staff to optimize material handling
  • Monitoring site conditions to identify potential hazards

The successful candidate will possess relevant experience as a Banksman or in a related field, accompanied by a valid ticket. Additionally, knowledge of load management systems would be advantageous.

Requirements

Please note that we require a valid Banksman ticket and 2 checkable work references if you haven't worked with us before.
