Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Sales Professional to join our team at TSR Select. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for selling our Cyber Security Solutions to existing customers, with a focus on driving revenue growth and expanding our market share.

About the Role

  • Sell Cyber Security Solutions to existing customers, with a focus on upselling and cross-selling.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at our existing customer base.
  • Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales strategies.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

What We Offer

  • A competitive basic salary of circa £50,000-65,000, plus uncapped commission.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in cyber security sales, preferably in a VAR or MSSP environment.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of the cyber security market and its trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.

Working Arrangements

We offer a hybrid working arrangement, with 3 days per week working from home and 2 days per week in our Basingstoke office. This allows you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while still being part of a dynamic and supportive team.
