  • Data and Analysis: Create reports and analyses to provide regular project status updates to senior management.

  • Coaching and Team Leadership: Provide guidance and mentoring to team members and manage project team members to ensure they are appropriately trained, motivated, and held accountable.
Requirements:
  • A strong sense of ownership and motivation to drive transformation.
  • Previous consulting experience highly encouraged.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint, is mandatory.
  • Valid and confirmed project management certification (PMP or PRINCE2) is desirable.
  • Strong experience developing and managing project plans within various project management frameworks (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) involving project management software.
  • Interpersonal skills: Effective leadership skills with different stakeholders. Integrity and approachability, as managers and staff must feel able to discuss sensitive and confidential issues with you.
  • Analytical skills and mindset: Experience in forecasting and managing project budgets, schedules, and project risks.
  • Communication skills: You are an articulate communicator and very comfortable leading senior meetings, workshops, and training sessions as well as engaging from top to bottom-line management.
