About the Role

Skanska is delivering the A47 road improvement project aimed at alleviating congestion and enhancing safety.

We are looking for a skilled Health, Safety and Wellbeing Advisor to contribute to this project's success.

The successful candidate will have strong Health, Safety & Wellbeing related experience, NEBOSH Construction or NEBOSH General Certification, and Grad IOSH or AIEMA membership.

  • Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with the company's Health & Safety and Wellbeing policies and statutory requirements in project operations.
  • Support Project Managers in preparing and developing the Project Construction Phase Health & Safety Plan.
  • Conduct site SHW inspections and participate in audits.
  • Provide guidance on preventing accidents and ill-health and support the practical implementation of SHW policies.
  • Assist in preparing and implementing SHW training courses and promoting the Injury Free Environment (IFE) programme.
  • Monitor project SHW performance and provide necessary reports.
