Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Multiskilled Technician to join our team at Steer Automotive Group in High Wycombe. As a leading name in automotive repair, we pride ourselves on our high-quality service and commitment to customer satisfaction.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in repairing and restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition. Key responsibilities include:

  • Repairing and replacing body components on damaged vehicles
  • Using specialist equipment to assess and perform repairs
  • Supporting panel, MET, and paint work when required
  • Adhering to health and safety procedures at all times
  • Providing cover across departments as needed

Requirements:

We are looking for a dedicated technician with:

  • Proven experience across automotive accident repair disciplines, including panel, MET, and paint work
  • Experience working with electric and hybrid vehicles
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to high standards
  • Flexibility to work independently and as part of a team
  • ATA / NVQ qualifications (preferred, but we offer support in renewing these)
