This is an exciting opportunity for a Polish speaking Sales Professional to join a fast-growing company with a strong presence in the industry. The company provides software products and solutions to various sectors, including Automotive, Aerospace, and Consumer Goods, with a focus on optimizing production processes.
The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales opportunities through cold calling, selling to international markets, and building long-lasting relationships with existing clients. They will also play a key role in signing new clients and driving sales growth.
Job Description:
This is a hybrid role, with 4 days spent in the office and 1 day working from home. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, knowledge of software, and excellent communication skills. They will be comfortable making cold calls and have a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate sales opportunities through cold calling and selling to international markets
- Build long-lasting relationships with existing clients and sign new clients
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive sales growth
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the software industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Fluent Polish language skills, both written and spoken
- Strong knowledge of software and industry trends
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
