**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Project Architect to lead architectural design, coordinate the design team, and oversee contract administration for assigned projects. As a key member of our team, you will manage commercial activities, contribute to business development initiatives, and ensure the delivery of innovative solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design, project management, and contract administration. You will be responsible for assessing client needs, producing feasibility studies, managing surveys, and ensuring project briefs are well-defined. Additionally, you will develop project briefs, manage health and safety requirements, and liaise with statutory authorities.

In this role, you will also lead the design process, ensuring all project design proposals are coordinated and meet client expectations. You will oversee material selection, specifications, and production information, as well as administer building contracts, oversee project certification, and manage project handovers.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of professional practice post-ARB certification and strong experience with CAD, Revit, BIM, and other industry-standard tools. They will also demonstrate experience in client management and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Competence:

  • Ensure technical knowledge meets industry standards
  • Maintain high technical standards for project delivery
  • Lead the technical delivery of projects up to £5 million
  • Promote technical competency across the team

Salary:** £40,000 - £60,000 per annum
