About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Project Worker to join our team at Sanctuary Supported Living. As a Project Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals who have experienced homelessness to achieve their full potential and independence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized support to customers, empowering them to make informed decisions and take control of their lives.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify customers' needs and develop tailored support plans.
  • Act as a first point of contact for customers, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, respecting their autonomy, dignity, and personal choices.
  • Liaise with external agencies to enhance customers' confidence, health, and wellbeing, and provide opportunities for education and employment.
  • Manage crisis situations with empathy and professionalism.
  • Maintain accurate and high-quality records of customer interactions and progress.
Requirements
  • Experience working with adults who have experienced homelessness.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse individuals and teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to customer-centered care.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines and targets.
  • NVQ3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
