About the Role:
As a key member of our care team, you'll work closely with the Home Manager to ensure our residents receive top-notch care. You'll lead by example, providing excellent leadership and support to your team. We're looking for hardworking, dedicated individuals who will go the extra mile to ensure our homes run smoothly.
It's not always glamorous, but it's one of the most rewarding jobs out there. You'll help improve the lives of our residents by ensuring their needs are met, care plans are up to date, and medication is administered correctly. You'll also take care of our Care Assistants, making sure they're delivering the best standard of care possible.
