Key Responsibilities:

* Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain company KPIs
* Lead by example and protect the equity of Coty brands
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailer staff and management
* Use iPad for email, reporting, and VM guidelines
* Build relationships with customers to influence and sell

Requirements:

* Strong sales background and proven experience in beauty
* High level of makeup artistry and fragrance knowledge
* Ability to work in a fast-paced and diverse environment
* Passion for luxury brands and customer service
