About the Role

Secure the future of the University of Kent by leading our diverse community to redefine our purpose and vision for a new generation. A forward-thinking leader is required to build on 60 years of outstanding research and education delivery, combining the ability to inspire and bring people together around a shared vision for the University of Kent's future.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead the institution to reposition itself as a sustainable sector-leading institution over the next 5-10 years
  • Experience of critically evaluating the economics of an organisation is essential
  • Combine skills in leadership and relationship-building to ensure connections and partnerships are developed and maintained
  • Develop and implement strategies that address the needs of our diverse community

Compensation

We offer a competitive salary of £120,000 - £150,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including pension scheme, health insurance, and generous annual leave.
