Village Hotels is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Christmas Sales Coordinator to join our team from now through to the end of December 2024. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in promoting and coordinating our Christmas parties, private events, and other festive activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with sales planning and target audience identification
  • Develop and execute outreach strategies to local businesses and organizations
  • Conduct in-reach promotional activities within the hotel to create interest and secure new bookings
  • Proactively engage with past and potential customers via telephone to secure bookings and answer queries
  • Upsell opportunities to guests staying over the Christmas period
