About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Meeting and Events Sales Manager to join our team at HBD Partners. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving event sales and revenue growth, while delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless event execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a small team of Events Executives to drive conversion and plan events with clients from initial enquiry to event execution.
  • Oversee the day-to-day business and ensure all processes and brand standards are adhered to, with a focus on attention to detail.
  • Encourage the team to drive enquiry conversion and recognize opportunities to upsell to clients.
  • Develop relationships with key clients and agents to ensure repeat business.
  • Manage event sales with clients when required, ensuring a hands-on approach to delivering exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in event sales and management, with a strong track record of driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent local knowledge of the MICE and Reservation customers in market.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to navigate multiple management levels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
What We Offer
