In this role, you will be responsible for directing traffic, enforcing health and safety regulations, and maintaining the overall quality of the site. You will also play a key role in promoting the company's values and policies to colleagues and clients.

The successful candidate will have at least two years' experience working as a Traffic Marshall on construction sites and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The estimated salary for this position is £13,840 per annum, based on 40 hours per week at £16 per hour.
