Job Overview

We are seeking an Applications Engineer to join our Engineering team at our brand new site on the Questor Estate, Dartford. This role will involve working with our technical expertise to innovate and bring exciting concepts to reality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and a proactive approach
  • Offer product application and technical support to customers and colleagues on new product development, focusing on Aftermarket & Fleet business throughout Brigade Group
  • Troubleshoot and provide customer support
  • Conduct applications engineering
  • Prepare application documentation, including CAD technical drawings, specifications, and installation instructions
  • Perform in-house assembly and modification of products
  • Prepare, maintain, and report technical details for application installations/projects
  • Support the development of an applications database for Brigade products
  • Provide technical information and support in the preparation of quotes/tender documentation, business development, and initial fittings
  • Support Business Development Managers technically in quote support and business development and initial fittings
  • Lead training programs for internal and external customers
