About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Educational Mental Health Practitioner to join our team at Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust. As an EMHP, you will play a vital role in delivering evidence-based early interventions for children and young people, working across both educational settings and healthcare sectors.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for delivering low-intensity psychological interventions to children, young people, parents, and carers. You will work closely with schools and other settings to identify and support young people who may be struggling with their mental health.

Person Specification

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of child and adolescent mental health, as well as experience of working with children and young people who have experienced mental health problems. You will also need to be able to form positive therapeutic relationships with service users and carers, while maintaining appropriate boundaries.
