About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced MSK Clinician to join our multidisciplinary team in Wolverhampton. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient-centred care to individuals with musculoskeletal conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnoses of patients with a wide range of physical and emotional needs.
  • Formulate, deliver, review, and progress individual treatment programmes to ensure effective treatment and timely discharge.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver seamless and evidence-based care for patients.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the impact of musculoskeletal pain on the wider community and how collaborative working can prevent and address health inequalities.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in delivering musculoskeletal services with tangible results and a commitment to providing excellent, personalised care.
  • Current valid registration with your relevant professional body or equivalent regulator (HCPC, GOsC, SST, or BASraT).
  • Outstanding values that underpin clinical expertise and people management.
  • Proven track record of influencing patients, people, commissioners, and pathways.
  • Ability to understand, influence, and drive quality audits and the integration of evidence-based practice.
  • Desire and drive to deliver innovation and lead on change.
  • Experience of developing team members.
