Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing office supplies and equipment, and maintaining a clean and organised reception area. They will also assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, document preparation, and correspondence, and coordinate office deliveries, mail handling, and courier services.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Experience in administration and helpdesk operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
The estimated salary for this role is £25,000-£30,000 per annum.
