Financial Bid Estimator Role

1st Executive Ltd is seeking a skilled Financial Bid Estimator to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for leading the estimating bid process, collaborating with stakeholders to gather and present crucial information, and developing accurate cost estimates based on Bid Engineering parameters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the collection and tracking of cost inputs, ensuring transparent version control and timely completion of estimates within the Tender Template and Pricing Document.
  • Apply risk, warranty, margin, and inflation adjustments, ensuring accuracy by working closely with the Finance Manager to incorporate up-to-date rates in the tender.
  • Collaborate with the Bid Manager, Finance, and Sales teams to lead the estimating bid process.

Requirements:

  • A CIMA or ACCA professional accounting background and be fully or part-qualified.
  • Agility, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
