About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lettings Manager to join our team at haart Estate Agents in Taunton. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our lettings operations and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead daily meetings with the lettings team to discuss sales strategies and performance
  • Coach and develop the team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Monitor and assess individual team member performance, including conducting regular one-to-one meetings
  • Encourage team development and progression, ensuring a positive and productive work environment
  • Focus on generating new and repeat business, developing strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Liaise with tenants to arrange property viewings and negotiate offers
  • Ensure the business operates within regulatory compliance standards
Requirements
  • Full UK driving licence for a manual vehicle
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in residential lettings at a senior negotiator position or higher
  • Ability to work well with others to create a team spirit and enjoyable working environment
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage time-sensitive and high-volume workloads
  • Basic IT skills
