Tooling Specialist

About the Job
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing tooling and dies, analyzing operational problems, and providing input and suggestions regarding maintenance.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair tooling and dies to ensure optimal performance.
- Analyze operational problems and identify solutions.
- Test and inspect tooling and dies after repairs to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Monitor inventory levels of punches, inserts, insert shims, and die consumable components.
- Report any maintenance issues or concerns to the supervisor.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a tool and die repair setting or show a strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn. You should also have basic working knowledge of testing and quality instruments.
What We Offer
This is a full-time position with a salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer competitive benefits and opportunities for career growth.
