About the Role

Wealthify is seeking a highly skilled Pension Transfer Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operational team, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and helping us achieve our ambitious growth plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communication to ensure a smooth pension transfer journey for new and existing customers.
  • Manage daily controls and risks, working closely with our customer care team to resolve any customer queries.
  • Collaborate with third-party providers to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with company and industry SLAs, ensuring we maintain the highest standards of service.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience in a similar operational role within financial services, with a strong understanding of pension administration and transfer rules.
  • A proactive and organized individual who can juggle priorities and challenge processes to suggest improvements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A 'can-do' attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of £27,000 - £30,000, plus a range of benefits including 24 days' holiday, hybrid/remote working options, and flexible working hours.
