Step Up Team Leader Opportunity

iForce, a leading e-commerce fulfillment and returns processing company, is seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Step Up Team Leader. This exciting opportunity will provide the successful candidate with the chance to develop their leadership skills and contribute to the success of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide training and support to new and existing staff to ensure high standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Work closely with the Shift Supervisor to achieve timely and efficient receipt, pallet build, put away, and despatch of stock.
  • Support the Shift Supervisor in achieving efficient receipt and pallet build of returned customer orders to meet SLA targets.
  • Manage and motivate the shift team to ensure productivity and service KPIs are achieved or exceeded.
  • Train and provide ongoing support to individuals and teams.
  • Analyse and act on data to drive improvement.
Requirements:
  • PC literate in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including any 5 from 7 shifts.
  • Valid MHE Licence (if applicable).
